To launch creative mission and training opportunities that build and advance the Kingdom of God

 We accomplish our Mission by:

Seeking to provide transformational, biblical mission opportunities in an organic and relevant way.  We don't seek to "build boxes" and then force our outreach into restrictive, policy laden structures, but rather keep our organization lean and responsive to Gods leading.

Seeking to be "intentionally unintentional" is a way that nurtures creative thinking and expression of a biblical world view. This means while using the Word of God as our source, we want to think outside traditional ways of DOING and BEING in ministry. 

Seeking to train and mobilize people in authentic and practical "boots on the ground" ministry.  Our focus is on heart transformation that leads to lasting impact in the lives of those we encounter.

Seeking to build ministry around people and real felt needs. This means that Lift-Off's total focus is directed towards and about People. 

Being free from the need to "make money" in the context of Mission. That is why our staff and all outreach opportunities can process and receive 100% of the funds they raise. Our 100% pass-through philosophy necessitates an extremely lean and flexible infrastructure.
